This Privacy Notice aims to provide you with a clear vision of how “BLOCKPAY” uses the personal data that the owner (hereinafter the Contractor) provides to us, our efforts to protect them, the options you have to control your personal data, and protect your privacy.

IV. ARCO RIGHTS

You may request the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (ARCO Rights) under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable provisions.

To exercise your ARCO Rights, you must submit your request in writing via email to [e-mail].

The request to exercise ARCO rights must contain:

a) The owner's name and address or another means to communicate the response to your request;

b) Documents proving the identity or, where appropriate, legal representation of the owner (passport, voter ID, or driver's license);

c) A clear and precise description of the personal data for which any of the aforementioned rights are sought to be exercised; and

d) Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.

The response time to your request will be 2 business days from when it is received through the means indicated in this Notice.

V. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE

“BLOCKPAY” reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Privacy Notice, with the notification means to third parties being the notice published on our website. Therefore, you will have the right to cancel and/or rectify your personal data as well as limit their use and disclosure in case of changes in the terms and conditions of this Privacy Notice.

Acceptance of this notice in its terms will be given when you use or occupy the services provided by “BLOCKPAY”, which implies express and written acceptance under the terms of the law.
